What is a Center of Excellence?

The Center of Excellence has several components.

• The CoE team consists of highly experienced industry-specific Process Experts and Business Staff who served on the implementation of the project.
• Global SAP knowledge warehouse that is networked with our Hyderabad-based Development Center.
• Well equipped training facility that provides OBT Global practitioners and Client project teams with an environment for practical hands-on modeling experience with SAP’s latest release components.

Simply put, the Center of Excellence is an environment with the infrastructure to support rapid design and development of SAP solutions.

Maintaining a healthy CoE is a continuous process. The CoE should regularly update business improvements stemming from the software and run analytic reports detailing the implementation's benefits. Training should be on-going and new practices should be made part of the CoE documentation.
