OBT Global’s SAP Help Desk was amongst the first consulting firms in India to set up center for Remote SAP Application consulting in early 2000 at Hyderabad, India. The OBT Global’s SAP Help Desk is equipped with state of the art technologies and facilities, ensuring highest levels of security and reliability for its customers.

The Center consists of a team of trained application specialists and programmers operating out of OBT Global facilities in India, and another team may operate out at the client’s office on need basis. The SAP Help Desk team links up to client’s offices and machines via dedicated links and thereby works in the same environment as the client’s Implementation Management team
