Hughes Escorts Communication Limited (HECL) is one of the largest VSAT service providers in India. Having implemented SAP, HECL could not get the anticipated business benefits.

OBT with its experience in re-positioning SAP R/3 in tune with the Business Objectives of the organizations, as well as life cycle implementations suggested a roadmap to HECL in order to increase the acceptability and Usage of the systems. The project was successfully completed and presently HECL is on Annual Maintenance Contract with OBT for SAP Help Desk Support and BASIS support.
