Zensar acquires OBT Global
Pune, December 13, 2005: Zensar Technologies Limited, the global IT and BPO services firm today announced its acquisition of OBT Global Inc in the USA and its offshore affiliate OBT Global Pvt Ltd India in an all cash transaction. OBT is a profitable dual shore SAP services provider with a track record of outstanding customer satisfaction in SAP Implementation and Support, ABAP programming and SAP Help Desk services.
Zensar Technologies Chairman Harsh Goenka said “We have successfully positioned Zensar as a global player in four key areas – Offshore Development & Support, Application Modernisation, Oracle ERP and BPO during 2005. This acquisition positions us well to expand into SAP, one of the fast growth segments of the industry.
