LG Polymers India (LGPI) appointed OBT to suggest areas of up-gradation needed for LGPI on the SAP R/3. Scope involved not only enhancing the requirements but also suggesting further IT strategies to enhance efficiency.

The project involved upgrading of the present SAP system includes implementation of CO, Treasury, Investment Management, Production Planning & Control, Quality Management and Plant Maintenance.
