Pratibha Syntex is into manufacture cotton yarn, knitting, dyeing and garmenting of textile products.

OBT Global was appointed as IT Consultants for the group. As part of the consultancy, OBT had conducted in-depth study and identified a suitable IT strategy and the change management needs of the organization. Consequent to the study OBT implemented SAP R/3 across the Pratibha Industries spanning Yarn, knitting, dying and garmenting.

The project involved implementation of Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Production and Planning (PP), Material Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM).

The E-Commerce activity involved Development of a comprehensive web site, development of E-Commerce applications, Formulation of Technology Infrastructure Planning and Preparation, Integration of SAP R/3 server with web server and providing end user documentation and training.
