SAP Implementation at VBC Ferro Alloys is the first of its kind in the Ferro Alloy manufacturing industry and first project in India to go live on 4.0B CIN Version that incorporates the India specific regulations, tax structure and government regulations.

All the business activities of the company were mapped on the SAP R/3 in three months using rapid implementation methodology and through understanding of the manufacturing process of Ferro Alloy. The modules covered in the First phase of implementation are Finance, Material Management, Sales & Distribution and Quality Management for raw material and finished goods.
